i remember transfering from virginia beach schools and starting ninth grade at maury and being a little intimidated about going to norfolk schools because of there reputation. i walked into math class and sat by jay who even then had a larger than life persona about him, i nod and say 'you into punk man ,' and he replied 'yeah what bands you into' and thus began a lifelong friendship the likes of which you only read about in books and in movies. endless highschool crazyness , to spontaneous trips to santa cruz and everything in between love you jay miss you jay
