Shirley Granger Briggs, 93, passed away July 25, 2017. Shirley was born in Norfolk to the late William Woodard and Grace Williams Granger and was the loving wife of the late Charles “Ralph” Briggs. Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kasey Goodnoh. Shirley was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Norfolk.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Danna B. Paul and her husband, John: son, Warren W. Briggs and his fiancé, Gail Wyatt; grandchilden, Jaime Keogh and Rachael Witt and great grandchildren, Matthew Goodnoh and Cole Witt; and cherished family Sheltie, Hannah Leigh, whom she adored.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, with a reception to follow. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com to view the service and leave a condolence to the family.
