CHESAPEAKE- Catherine “Cathy” DeWitt Price, 66, went to be with her Lord, November 30, 2016, with her family by her side. Cathy had a beaming personality which would light up a room. She was fun loving, energetic, creative and attentive of everything that surrounded her. Cathy enjoyed the beach, sewing, camping and shopping. But most of all, she loved her family and was extremely excited about becoming a “Grammy” to her first grandchild in April.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 47 years and high school sweetheart, Larry Price; sons, Matthew C. Price (Yvonne), Nathan T. Price (Rachael) and Timothy A. Price (Lisa); sister, Vivian N. Tucker (Chet); brother, Barnett M. DeWitt (Karen); special canine companion, Abby and numerous other loving family and friends.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 3 pm at Graham Funeral Home and Cremations Services, 1112 Kempsville Rd., Chesapeake.
