Belen C. Delgado a native of the Philippines passed away July 3, 2015. Belen was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and also attended Azalea Baptist Church; and she was a member of El Shaddai DWXI Prayer Partners Fellowship International Norfolk-Va. Beach Chapter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 10 am at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 7800 Halprin Dr, Norfolk with Father Nixon Negparanon officiating.
