SUFFOLK – Annie Nickerson Young, 86, of the 2800 block of Colonial Drive, passed away on October 30, 2007 in Portsmouth. A native of Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Stanley E. and Dorothy Hilton Nickerson and the wife of the late James E. Young, Sr.

She is survived by a daughter, Doti Coffey of Suffolk; three sons, James E. Young, Jr. and his wife, Debi of Tampa, FL, and Richard D. Young and Alan A. Young, both of Chesapeake; seven grandchildren, Monica, Kristen, Kelley, Jill, Brandon, Samantha, and Kevin; and one great-grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Interment will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
