Brenda R. Lowery, 74 passed peacefully on June 22, 2018. Brenda was born to the late John D. and Inez Lowery. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Gene Lowery and nephew, Kevin Lowery. Brenda was a 1963 graduate of Great Bridge High School and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She worked for many years at the family business, Metro Market, Chesapeake. Brenda will be remembered for her thoughtfulness and sweet spirit.

She is survived by her loving brother, Butch Lowery and his wife, Donna; her sister in law, Donna Holthoff Lowery; nieces and nephews, Korie Tisdale, Jamie Walski, Kristin Ianni, Amanda Einhorn, Justin Lowery and Brandon Lowery. The family wishes to thank the staff at Chesapeake Health and Rehabilitation Center for the care they provided over the years.
