David Scott Foutz, 50, passed away June 1, 2018. David was born in Norfolk to Claude and Nancy Keeter Foutz. David loved his family first and foremost, more than anything in this world. He demonstrated his love daily by supporting his wife and children in everything they aspired to do. He was the best friend to his wife, the coolest dad to his children, and the very best son, brother, and uncle. David's love of life was infectious and anyone who knew him was blessed!

David started his company, Atlantic Carpet Care, 20 years ago. Recently the company was expanded to include ACCI Restoration. These endeavors are an example of his unwaivering faith, confidence, and work ethic. David's energy was endless--he worked hard and played harder. He was an avid outdoorsman and a member of River Oak Church, but his favorite past time was being his childrens' biggest fan. David could always be seen in the stands, whether it was for wrestling, baseball, or cheerleading. David never missed an event.

Besides his parents, left to cherish his memory is his childhood sweetheart and wife of 25 years, Belinda; children, Hunter David, Connor Nicole, and Spencer Scott Foutz; soon to be daughter-in-law, Ciara Delagrange; sister, Denise Foutz Dunaway and husband, Mark; his adoring mother-in-law, Josephine P. Capps; sister and brother-in-law; Michele Arndt and Scott Capps; and too many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends to count. He was preceded in death by his child, Tanner Foutz.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services,1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 2 p.m. at River Oak Church, 255 Great Bridge Blvd, Chesapeake with Pastor Heath Burris officiating.
