Condolences

Condolence From: Charles and Patricia Ashley Crookshanks
Condolence: Shirley was such a sweet caring lady. My parents (Walter and Louise Ashley) cherished their friendship with both Shirley and Bill. She took care of so many people at her home. She was a real Christian and she was definitely known by her spiritual fruit and her faith. Our sincerest condolences, Pat and Chuck Crookshanks

Condolence From: Pastor Lee Godfrey
Condolence: Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints - Psalm 116:15 It is hard in the sight of man to understand the working and timing of the Lord. He has never made a mistake or has He ever lost a battle, though it is different with mankind. Sister Shirlie fought a good fight with the sickness that she had, her death was not a victory of her sickness, but an example to those that "wait upon the Lord". She will be missed by all that have known her through her kindness and sweet smile. As we go forth in the days ahead let's not loose sight of what David said is our source of strength, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth." Psalm 121:1-2

Condolence: My heart aches with the passing of my sister, Shirlie and her husband Billy, a short time earlier(March 22). She was a wonderful woman, wife and mother. She fought a long battle with cancer and was so brave until the very end. She leaves behind a son, Michael who was raised to be a loving, kind, respectful son, whom anyone would be proud to call their own. May both Shirlie and Billy rest in peace and be Angels in the sky looking over all the loved ones they left behind. When you see a special bird, think of Shirlie as one of her favorite pastimes was watching them from her kitchen window.
