He was a ray of sunshine whenever he stopped over at Chesapeake Yachts
to pay his bill & check on his boat.
His gagareous personality with be missed along with all his stories and travels keeping the staff full of laughter
He often talked of fixing his boat up for his son but was always so busy.
He will be greatly missed.

Condolence: Although I haven't seen Francis for 50 years, I am sorry to hear of his passing. Francis, which he went by a long time ago, and I dated in 1967 when he joined the Air Force and went to Fargo ND. He was such a fun spirit and I enjoyed every minute we spent together. I remember him telling me that the kids in ND were under the sprinklers in 50 degree weather! My condolences go out to his family for their loss.
