Gayle Monroe Foley, 80, passed away January 4, 2018. Gayle was born in North Carolina to the late Gilbert and Johnnie Morris Monroe. She was formerly an optical technician working alongside Dr. Ronald Frenkel.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 55 years, Kirby R. Foley, Sr.; daughter, Kameron F. Brown (Darin); son, Kirby R. Foley, Jr. (Anna); grandchildren, Marley and Lyndey Brown, Megan Haroldson, Alison Rapp, and John Whalen; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Wellman and Jerri Borgman; and brother, Charles Monroe.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 3:30 pm at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Rd. Chesapeake.
