Johnny Farmer  Batts Jr.
Johnny Farmer Batts, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on December 30, 2017 at the age of 80. Johnny was born in Elm City, NC to the late Pearl Bailey Batts and Johnny F. Batts, Sr. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife of 22 years, Peggy A. Batts and his twin brother, Jesse Batts.

Johnny is survived by his daughter, Julie Vinson and her husband, Eric; his son, John Batts and his wife, Heather; two grandchildren, Chloe and Jonathon; his sister, Dorothy Batts and several nephews.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Todd Holt officiating.
