John Frank Duke, Jr., 94, passed away in Virginia Beach December 29, 2017. John was the son of the late Pearl Everett Duke and John F. Duke, Sr. and the loving husband of the late Barbara P. Duke. John served his country in the United States Navy and was a veteran of WWII. He retired as an Engineer with Dominion Energy. He is survived by a son, John F. Duke, III and his wife, Susan; grandchildren, Barry, David and Kimberly Duke; and seven great-grandchildren.
