R.W. ( Rondal Wayne) Moore, 38, of Chesapeake, Virginia, passed away December 17, 2017. R.W. was born in Richwood, West Virginia and passed away in Vero Beach, Florida. R.W. proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Darrel and Katy Moore; daughter, Kyla A. Moore; sons, Devin W. Moore and Gatlin S. Moore ( arriving May 2018); and sisters, Amanda K. Hornbrook and her husband, Joe, and Sarah R. Moore; nieces, Mikaela, Bella, Kamdyn, Londyn and Avalon and nephew, Keaton. He is also survived by extended family members, Sarah, Ryan, Connor and Emmett Hamilton and the White, DeEstrella, Howell, Sykes and Blake families.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. A service to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at 11:30 am at Tidewater Baptist Church, 1316 Campostella Road, Chesapeake. Burial and military honors will follow at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.
