Tony Eugene  Clements
Tony Eugene Clements, 46, passed away November 9, 2017. Tony was born on August 20, 1971 in Charlottesville, VA. He graduated from Orange County High School. Tony proudly served his country for 10 years in the U. S. Navy as a submariner, earned his Bachelor of Science degree and was currently working for Verizon as a Central Office Technician.
Tony loved basketball and was an avid UNC Tar Heels fan. Tony’s love of his family, kindness shown to others and his generous heart will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Tony is survived by his wife, Karen Clements; daughters, Riley and Renny Clements; mother, Michelle Ryder, sisters, Carole Berrey (Donna), Christie Hunley (George), Tonya Johnson (Matt); mother-in-law, Jackie Rabidoux; in-laws, David Rabidoux (Kim) and Brenda Slaughter (Del); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Church of the Ascension, 4853 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA. Inurnment will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, VA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tony Clements Memorial Fund at Navy Federal Credit Union [www.navyfederal.org] to assist with college expenses for his daughters. Arrangements are being cared for by Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Rd. Chesapeake, VA.
