Robert was a member of the Police Association of Virginia for 45 years, he will surley be missed by all of this Brothers and Sisters of this Association. Our condolences go out to his entire family. May he rest in peace.

Peggy my heart goes out to you .Losing ones "soul mate" is the so hard to accept. I cannot be at the funeral but my prayers are with you and the family. Keep the faith.

Mrs. Peggy and Page, I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Bagley's passing. He was always an inspiration to me and I always felt comfortable in his presence. I have often thought of the times spent having dinner with your family and the wonderful conversations. He is now serving a greater purpose, watching over all those he loved from heaven. Prayers.
