Obituary for Charles Herbert Evanosky

Charles Herbert Evanosky
Charles Herbert Evanosky, II, 46, passed away October 17, 2017. Charlie was born in Norfolk, Virginia to Carolyn and the late Charles H. Evanosky, Sr. He was a graduate of Deep Creek High School and resided in both Chesapeake and Nags Head. Charlie worked as a carpenter, but his main focus was taking care of his mother, sister, and niece. Charlie was an avid Eagle's fan and an honorary Hokie. He enjoyed surfing, skate boarding, and his evening boat ride. Charlie was kind and had a gentle soul, giving much of himself to others while expecting nothing in return. He was known as a brother to many and a humble hero to most.

Besides his loving mother, left to cherish his memory are his sister, Catherine Evanosky Darden; niece, Laurel Anne Darden; beloved canine companions, Henry and Finn; and a host of extended family and close friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com to leave a condolence to the family.
