Condolence: Charlie helped me move to Virginia in 2001. He and I spent a lot of time together when I lived in Kitty Hawk from 1996-2001. Met him soon after I moved to OBX in late 96. My memories of being around Charlie are very fond and I will continue to cherish them. He was a great friend. RIP Chuck. Continue those evening boat rides and catching waves.
