Nellie Alene Blevins, 97, passed away October 18, 2017. Nellie was born in Glade Spring, Virginia to the late Carmi and Amanda Lewis and was the loving wife of 50 years to the late Dan Miller Blevins. She was an Avon representative and worked at the Ben Franklin store in South Norfolk. Nellie was a loving mother and grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Wayne, Billy, Eddie, Randy, and Kevin Blevins; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 6-7:30 p.m. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held Monday, October 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 Virginia Beach Blvd., Norfolk.
