Condolence: Shirley, my neighbor,my friend and my sister in the Lord. We are truely going to miss Joe. I remember one school project Noah was working on and you had that item. Noah was going over to get it but Joe beat him to it. When I told him he shouldn’t have brought it over Joe’s reply was; ”sometimes it takes a village.” And he was always willing to be that person. We shared the bus stop and often if weather was bad he would suggest that I go on home, he would stand watch. He and David shared books and discussed them together. Oh they grew so close as well as you, who David called ‘his red- headed mother. David ate here only after checking your menu. Or it was “no, I’m fixing Joe some manwich tonight. He likes it and Shirly doesn’t cook that. Yes, we will miss him but we have the memories that we will cherish together.

Condolence: I was so sorry to hear that Joe passed away. I was Tyler Miller's third grade teacher, and Joe visited my classroom quite a bit. He was such a kind, caring, and supportive man, and loved Tyler very much. My prayers are with his family during this difficult time. May God comfort your hearts, uplift your spirits, and carry you through this time of sadness to a place of peace.
