Graham Funeral Home

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Frontis Cochran can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Evans and family. Although I didn't really know your Dad, he sounds like quite the character who lead a full life and raised a wonderful family. The apple did not fall far from that tree. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Herb and Jackie T.

Condolence From: Nancy Moore, neice
Condolence: I asked uncle Frontis recently how he came up with and why he told jokes all the time. He said, "I get them here and there and some of them I make up; and the reason I tell them is because there is so much unhappiness in this world, I just think it helps people to hear something funny to get their mind off their problems." This is probably my paraphrase, but- you get the gist of his reasoning. Each time I saw him, he called me "Nancy Fancy" or some other nickname off the top of his head. In between telling me his made up jokes or showing me his most recent 'funny invention' he always asked and cared about how my family was doing. He never had an agenda other than to enjoy our visit and let me feel loved and appreciated. I will miss him. I love you Aunt Virginia, Evans, Cathy, Mary and Beth. It's no wonder to me that you are such kind and fun people to be around. A man's influence on his family can be seen for generations!
