Dear Family. Walter was one of the nicest men I've known. He truly lived up to the Marine Motto, "ALWAYS FAITHFUL" He has many friends at FBC Norfolk, especially in the Challengers Life Group. He will be missed and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Charles & Betty Blackman.
