Julia Morrow Consolvo, 91, passed away August 9, 2017. She was born in Portrush, Northern Ireland to the late Charles and Ethel Weir Morrow. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her loving husband, William E. Consolvo. Julia was a member of St. Brides Episcopal Church, Chesapeake and a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star Berkley Chapter #52. She retired from the City of Chesapeake Parks and Recreation working with senior citizens.

She is survived by her son, Charles F. Consolvo and his wife, Christina; grandchildren, Charles Brandon Consolvo (Colleen) and Cameron W. Consolvo (April); and three great-grandchildren, Natalie Consolvo, Charles Brandon Consolvo, Jr. and Joseph William Consolvo.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Riverside Memorial Park, 1000 Indian River Road, Norfolk. Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake will be caring for arrangements.
