Anne Cotton Williams-Nobles, 86, passed away August 5, 2017. She was born in Portsmouth to the late Anna Hutchison Cotton and Melvin E. Cotton, Sr. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Williams and son, W. Craig Lipscomb.

She is survived by her loving companion of over 35 years, Archie R. Nobles; daughter, Caren Zingraff and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Whitney Lipscomb, Maddi Zingraff and her husband, Eric Brownlee, and Kevin Zingraff and his wife, Dawn; 9 great-grandchildren; step-son, Sonny Williams; and her brother, Melvin E. Cotton, Jr.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com to view the service and to leave a condolence to the family.
