Dorothy June McLane, 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 28, 2017. Dorothy was born in Robbinsville, NC to the late Robert and Martha Stiles Colvard. Dorothy was a graduate of Berea College, Berea, KY. She retired as a statistician from Old Dominion University. Dorothy was a faithful member and church leader of Greenbrier Presbyterian Church, Chesapeake.

Left to cherish her memory is loving husband of 61 years, Richard James McLane; daughter, Cynthia S. Feser (David); son, David L. McLane (Ruth); and grandchildren, Molly Feser, Shannon McLane and Natalie McLane.

Her final resting place will be Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at her church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements are being cared for by Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Chesapeake.
