Condolence: Mama Shirley, there's not a day that you do not pop up in my memories. I will forever cherish the days we had, going to waffle house for breakfast..you holler at Warren, which he didn't like, but would do it for meaness and a laugh..lol.. Well, Mama Shirley, he's there in your loving comforting arms to be held. He was in so much pain and heartache and, depressed and just could not face it any longer. I'm still in shock, but I know mama Shirley met him at the gates, and standing beside her was Jesus with their hands stretched out to welcome him to his new beautiful heavenly home. He had a heart of gold and would do anything he was asked of. And always going the extra mile to make sure of perfection, because that was Warren. I've watched him take off a lonf sleeve shirt in a playoff game in Baltimore..there was this elderly man in front of us and was freezing, didn't have a jacket, so Warren took his off and tears were filled in three sets of eyes at that time. I know no one will read this, but just want our Dear Heavenly father to please accept Warren Briggs into your kingdom with his mother, whom he loved so dearly. He is safe now, he is no longer in pain, having no more heartache/broken heart... I will definitely miss him, we dated in 2000-2002, he will always have a special love in my heart and that will never go away. Tell mama Shirley that I love her so dearly. RIP my dear friend, always know your Carolina Angel is still here, and will always love you my friend...

You were my other Mother for so long when I was a little girl and I will love you always. I'm hoping that you and Ralph are having coffee with my Mother and Father again. Daddy and Ralph talking mess.... I know you are at peace and I hope to see you again when it is time for me to go away from this earth. I promise I won't loose touch with Warren again.....

Condolence From: Edmond & Emelie Bobby
Condolence: Our heart felt condolences for Warren, Gail and Hanna. Shirley was alway nice and welcoming to Emelie and I. Shen we would visit she would always offer us something to eat. Shirley use to pick up Emelie and they would drive around town for errands and lunch. Emelie said she was first introduced to Chick-Fil-A by Shirley who enjoyed eating there. Shirley you will be missed. We love you and pray for you. Rest In Peace! God bless you Shirley!

Condolence: Dana and Warren and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a wonderful person. I remember her being a great mom, homemaker, seamstress, and great friend to my family. Your whole family were an important part of my growing up. Church, dance, school, sleepovers, and more. Your family was there for all of it. I still have saved the baby gowns your mom made for my children. They are a work of art. I am so sorry I can not be there for the funeral but I was already scheduled to be out of town on Monday hat day. Please know that my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Love, Susan Allen Holbrook
