Jo-Anne Williams Teel, 64, passed away July 18, 2017. Born in Warsaw, New York to Donald and the late Beverly Hoyt Williams, she was a member of the United States Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Jo-Anne volunteered at the VA hospital in Hampton and was a member of Military Women of Tidewater and the Horton Wreath Society.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 39 years, Darryl R. Teel; daughters, Sarah and Natalie Teel; grandchildren, Adriana, Liam, and Giovanni; brother, Jeff Williams; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services,1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake , on Monday, July 24, 2017, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at Albert G.
