Obituary for Jo-Anne Williams Teel

Jo-Anne Williams Teel, 64, passed away July 18, 2017. Born in Warsaw, New York to Donald and the late Beverly Hoyt Williams, she was a member of the United States Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Jo-Anne volunteered at the VA hospital in Hampton and was a member of Military Women of Tidewater and the Horton Wreath Society.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 39 years, Darryl R. Teel; daughters, Sarah and Natalie Teel; grandchildren, Adriana, Liam, and Giovanni; brother, Jeff Williams; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services,1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake , on Monday, July 24, 2017, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com leave a condolence to the family.
