I enjoyed working with Art from 2000-03 on the Atlantic Fleet staff. Everyone on our staff enjoyed Art's presence, his sense of humor and good nature. An experienced retired Senior Chief, he knew how to get things done and make things happen. He was a wonderful man and a great shipmate. So sorry for your loss. Art and your family are in my prayers.
