Josefa "Pepi" Camacho Vermeulen, 46, passed away June 17, 2017. Pepi was born in Cadiz, Spain to Russell and Mercedes Carrasco Swartzel. She was an Office Associate at Tallwood High School in Virginia Beach and had formerly worked at Glenwood Elementary. Pepi was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Besides her parents, left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Maria M. Vermeulen and Katie A. Vermeulen; sister, Susan R. Button; brother, Harvey E. Swartzel; and a host of other family and friends.
