Jose Ivan Lugo, 57, passed away June 13, 2017. Jose was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Aurea and the late Jose Lugo. He was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church. Jose enjoyed tending to his yard and home and spoiling his granddaughter.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 31 years, Teresa Lugo; daughter, Kristina Lugo; son, Robert Lugo; granddaughter, Cecilia Marie Lugo; mother, Aurea Martinez Lugo; sister, Carmen Lugo; brother, German Vazquez; and a host of other family and friends.

The Holy Rosary will be said on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 5 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. The family will receive friends at a visitation reception following the Holy Rosary until 7:30 p.m. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2304 Salem Road, Virginia Beach.
