The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Jones can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

My Uncle

My Uncle Billy and Aunt Jo are the ones I have to thank for my strong faith. See my mom had to work most of the summer when I was growing up so my Aunt and Uncle took me for the summers. While with them we participated in many church events. The events didn't always happen at church. There were many events at their house like SAG. I don't remember what the S stood for but the G and A stood for Girls in Action. During those events we camped out in the backyard, make homemade donuts, and lots of crafts. They not only kept me over the summers but when they lived in MD, they kept me many weekend. We have lots of great times make family memories and also learning about God. I have lots of great memories of our times. I'm truly glad that the Lord blessed me with a great Uncle who taught me what a strong family, God loving/serving man looks like. I'm also thankful that they taught me how to look to my faith to get me through are times. He will be missed but not forgotten. Love, Rhonda
