Maria Duran Cruz, 85, passed away May 3, 2017. Maria was born in Bataan, Philippines to the late Francisco Balderas Duran and Josefa Fabian Duran. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Faustino Torres Cruz, Sr. and her son, Eduardo Duran Cruz. Maria was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Chesapeake.

Left to cherish her memory are her seven daughters and five sons, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 9 am to 5 pm at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Prayers will be offered on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Romeo Jazmin. The family request memorial donations be made to Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 621 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322 or the National Kidney Foundation at www.kidneyfund.org.
