Sheila Hutchinson  Barlow
Sheila Hutchinson Barlow, 71, passed away March 22, 2017 with her daughter by her side. Sheila was born in Norfolk to the late Sam Curtis and Clara Haddock Hutchinson. Besides her parents she was proceeded in death by her loving husband Henry Lee Barlow. Sheila was the former owner and operator of Finishing Touches Hair & Nail Salon and was a member of Order of The Eastern Star.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Charlene R. Conner-Webb and her husband, David; two grandchildren, Clara J. "CeeJay" Conner and her significant other, Shawn Snowberger and David Lee Conner and his fiance, Jenn Tackes; and life long friends, Judith L. Dempsey and Anita and Jeff Simmons.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, March 31, 2017 at noon at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to The Kidney Foundation, www.kidney.org or to The American Heart Association, www.donatenow.heart.org.
