Doris Jean  Linton (Moseley)
Doris Jean Linton, 83, went to be with her Lord March 7, 2017. Doris was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina to the late Johnnie and Fannie Turner Moseley. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Paul Wilson Linton, Sr.; daughters, Kim and Vicki Linton; and grandson, Paul Linton, III. Doris loved to spend time with her family, and was always crafting. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and scherenschnitte. Doris was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Paul Linton, Jr. (Connie), Christopher Linton (Florence); grandchildren, Christopher, Jr., Laurie, Brent, Michael, and Amber; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce and Anita; and brother, Garland.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, on Thursday March 9 from 6pm to 7:30pm. A service to celebrate her life will be held Friday March 10 at 2pm at South Norfolk Baptist Church, 1101 Chesapeake Ave, Chesapeake. with Pastor David Slayton officiating.
