Condolence: Lynn Marie and Overton family--- I'm so sorry to have to see our community lose such a pillar of strength and service. Linda was a leader where ever she chose to serve. In school as student, in work, in church, in community and on School Board, Linda was one that one could count on to be there when needed. Her beautiful family is her reward for being a faithful Christian. All who knew Linda will attest to the life of service that she led. I'm so glad that I had a chance to witness her devotion to you and the community. We are all better off to have had a chance to work with her.

Condolence: Dear Lynn, Andy and Jay,

I was so saddened to see that your mother passed away. I feel very fortunate to have taught 13 memorable years at Truitt Junior High and to be a part of the wonderful South Norfolk family. Your family was up front and center, guided by your parents. Your mom, who always had a smile, was highly respected. I had a wonderful teaching career, and like many, say that our Truitt years were our favorite ones.

I am thinking about you - Sue Bowser
