Bette Brown Hopkins, 92, passed away February 7, 2017. Bette was born in Norfolk to the late James and Mary Willis Brown and was the loving wife of the late Carroll W. Hopkins, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, William C. Hopkins and his wife, Jane; grandson, Thomas W. Hopkins; brothers, John P. Brown, William Brown, and James Brown, Jr.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held Monday, February 13, 2017 at 10:00 am at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 8100 Granby Street, Norfolk with the Reverend James Medley officiating.
