James Matthew Landis, 57, passed away January 5, 2017. James was born in Norfolk to the late Otis and Gertrude Connelly Landis. He retired as a truck driver with Conway Southern Express and was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 26 years, Jane Farrar Landis; daughters, Amanda M. Wentz (Alan) and Jennifer L. Landis; son, Jeffrey M. Landis; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Hawley and Audrey Golden; and a host of other family and friends.

Catholic prayers will be offered on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake.
