Brian James  Saunders
Brian James Saunders, 49, passed away December 28, 2016. He was born in Norfolk to Nancy and the late James Saunders. Brian was a bus driver for 31 years with the Virginia Beach Public Schools after graduating high school in 1985. Bus driving was his passion and he had an enduring and exemplary impact. He was a longtime member of Colonial Baptist Church in Va. Beach; a wonderful son, a best-friend, a brother, and a loving and doting uncle.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Nancy Evans Saunders; sisters: Pamela S. Eckroth (Mike) and Tamara S. Price (Bob); brother, Jason K. Saunders (Crystal); 8 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew; and dear aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Sunday, January 1, 2017 from 4-6 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 at 9 a.m. at Colonial Baptist Church, 2221 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach.
