Kenneth Edward Bowden, 67, passed away on December 28, 2016. Ken was born in Norfolk to Ray and Earline Bowden. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Kathy Reynolds. Ken was a member of Berkley Lodge #167 A.F. and A.M., Scottish Rite Bodies, Khedive Temple of the Shrine AAONMS, Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 795 and a past president of the South Norfolk Ruritan Club. Ken proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam war.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Earline; sons, Grant and Michael Bowden; daughter, Ashley Binns; sister, Lisa Hogan; brother, Kevin Bowden, three grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

A service to celebrate his life will be held December 31 at 1 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the South Norfolk Ruritan Club, P.O.
