Thelma Clark Richardson, 87, passed away December 7, 2016. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, on Sunday, December 11, 2016, from 3 to 5 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Great Hope Baptist Church, 1401 S. Battlefield Blvd., Chesapeake.
