Victor Manuel "Pritty"  Alicea
Victor “Pritty” Manuel Alicea, Sr., 67, passed away September 8, 2016. Victor was born in Puerto Rico to Ana M. Guzman and the late Tomás Alicea. He was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the United States Army; he retired as an Auto Body Shop Technician with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Victor was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharist Minister; he and his wife also taught the marriage and baptismal preparation class.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 46 years, Carmen L. Alicea; his mother, Ana M. Guzman; daughters, Jessica Gatlin (Dexter), Alecea Helton (Lauren), Amnee Sachse (Tim); sons, Victor M. Alicea, Jr., Michael Alicea (Cassandra) and Joel Alicea (Taylor); 6 grandchildren; a sister, Marilu Alicea; and brothers, Tomás Alicea and Pedro “Papo” Alicea.
A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. followed by a Christian Wake at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church with Father Rodrigo Mingollo officiating. He will be laid to rest at Albert G.
