Raymond Cecil  Kerr Sr.
Raymond Cecil Kerr, Sr., 74, passed away July 19, 2016. Raymond was born in Freeman, WV to the late John and Bessie Sexton Kerr. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Lee Kerr. He served his country in the United States Navy; he was employed for more than 30 years as an Insulator with Unitherm Inc. Raymond was a loving devoted husband, father and grandfather; he also was a devout member of Heritage United Methodist Church.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Cecelia Cutchins Kerr; sons, Raymond Kerr, Jr. and his wife, Amanda, and Bradley Kerr and his fiancé, Liz; grandchildren, Raymond Austin Kerr and Elizabeth Kerr; and a brother, Melvin Russell Kerr.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services,1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, Monday, July 25, 2016 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 3 p.m. at Heritage United Methodist Church, 815 Baker Road, Virginia Beach with Rev. Michelle Louk officiating. He will be laid to rest Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.
