NORFOLK- Donna Jean Daughtry, 64, passed away peacefully with her family by her side July 5, 2016. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to the late George and Amelia Rutter. Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her siblings Mary, Amelia, Betty Lou, George and Jimmy. Donna loved people and worked as a server for 16 years at Virginia Diner, Wakefield, VA. She was a loving and caring soul who never knew a stranger. She was an avid shopper who loved spending time at the beach. But most of all, she loved her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, John Shillinger, Michael Shillinger (Megan) and Richard Daughtry (Barbara); grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Caty, Allena, Skylure, Marissa, Savannah, Braden, Lily, Logan, Summer and Jessica; sister, Anna Hayes (Jim); special daughters, Jennifer Olson, Kathleen Badgett and Samantha Lande; longtime best friends, Charlotte Manning and Linda Clarke and numerous other loving family and friends.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 7 pm at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Rd., Chesapeake.
