Condolence From: Kathleen Williamson
Condolence: Becky, Jack lives on in my memories of him when we were students at ODU, and in the more recent memories of our dinners together with our classmates, Susie and Chris Wright. It's now December, and I was glad to hear that you and the family are busy with Christmas preparations when I talked with you recently.

Take care,
Kathleen

Condolence: My deepest thoughts and prayers for the Blevins family. Mr. Blevins was my 6th grade teacher and made such an impression on me. Although I haven't seen him in many, many years, I was shocked to hear of his passing. He will definitely be missed by many.

Condolence: Jack and I taught together at Laura E. Titus and then at Willoughby. Not only was he my colleague but he was my friend. With a coffeepot in one hand and a box of doughnuts in the other, he made the 5th and 6th grade project room our morning gathering spot. Jack brightened our days. Also 26 years ago he spent the summer at our house building our two additions. He was the only person I trusted with the job.
Please take comfort knowing Jack touched many lives and will be missed. What a very special person!

Condolence: We remember Jack from our teaching days at Laura E. Titus Elementary School. We were new to teaching. Jack was so encouraging and always upbeat. He was loved by his students and warm and friendly to everyone. We'll never forget his great sense of humor. Our prayers are with his family.

Condolence: Jack Blevins was my 6th grade teacher and also my lifelong friend. He not only taught me lessons in school but also lessons in life along the way. I feel I have lost a family member as I have always loved him as one. I am truly grateful for the happiness, helpfulness and most of all the unending laughter of his good humor and calling me "his little 6th grader" for 49 years. He will be missed greatly in this life but will continue to live on where he has always been. In my heart. My prayers go out to Becky and "the kids" and I thank you for letting me feel like a part of your family. sincerely, Edie

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I have many, many fond memories, especially the dallas vs redskins banter that would always happen during football season. Hugs to you all!
