Avid fisherman, zealous Fantasy Football player, loyal Admirals and Capitals hockey fan, a dedicated dance dad, recent amateur drivers ed teacher, and a forever loving husband, Mark T. Briccetti passed away at the age of 49, May 19, 2016 at his home in Chesapeake. He was born in New York, NY on January 28, 1967, Mark attended numerous schools in Maryland, Colorado and Spain during his dad's Air Force career, and graduated from Frostburg State University. He was a member of Alpha Delta Chi fraternity.

Mark was most recently a General Manager at Ruby Tuesdays, but left employment five years ago to become the primary caregiver for his mother, Elaine Briccetti (née Gilliece) prior to her passing. He also spent that time as a stay-at-home dad to his two children, Dylan T. and Gina H. Briccetti. He excelled in that role as well. His wife of 22 years, Dawn Briccetti (née Millsap), a nurse at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, mourns his passing along with his father, Dr. Albert (Mary) Briccetti. Mark is also survived by his sister, Dr. Christine Briccetti; step-siblings, Holly (Dave) Megay, Bob (Rachel) Harshfield, and Jim Harshfield. He will always be remembered by his aunts, Maribeth (Dr. Louis) LaVecchia, Joan Briccetti and Kathy Greminger, numerous cousins and their children, and many, many friends.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, May 23, 2016 at 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, VA.
