Norma Riddick  Hamilton
Norma Riddick Hamilton, 84, passed away May 1, 2016. Norma was born in Creswell, NC to the late Talmadge and Ira Phelps Riddick, and was the loving wife of the late Edward C. Hamilton. She was also predeceased by a sister, Molly Jean Peal; and brothers, Thomas R. Riddick and Wayne Riddick. Norma was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and the Joy Club; she was also an active member for 60 years with the Order of the Eastern Star Friendship Chapter 57 and a member of the Red Hat Society.

Norma loved life and loved ice cream; she was also a loving wife, mother and sister. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Debbie Copeland; granddaughter, Ashley Copeland; siblings, Edward D. Riddick (Gay), Rita Pinner (Jimmy) and Sandra Spruill (Charles); nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends; she loved her grand dogs, Pepper and Reba, and her great grand dog, Spencer.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 8 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tracy Gregory officiating. A graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Azalea Memorial Gardens, Columbia, NC. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Shrines Hospital at www.shrinershospitals.org/Donate.
