Condolence From: Dr. M. Lee Godfrey
Condolence: Time moves so fast that as one turns around, another day, month, year has sped right past. When we look back after the passing, only those memories that brought joy and happiness are the keys to keep looking forward unto God.

The truth that is known by those that know the Lord, is the hope that one day soon we will be reunited with those that have given great influence to our lives.

A year has passed that "Doc, Dad" has left an empty spot that is only filled with great memories of his influence. Upon thees I request for you today that they make a bright and glorious sunrise and sunset in you life, as you continue to serve the Lord.

Our prayers are still for the family, though our presence may not be as frequent, it is the Holy Spirit that bears our witness of love for the family.

In HIS service,
Brenda and Lee Godfrey

Condolence: David, Patricia and Donald, I just learned of Brother Hardison's passing. What a constant testimony he has been throughout his ministry. We loved going to his meetings when he was in the DC area. He and Mrs. Hardison were so kind to me when I lived in Chesapeake and what a beautiful gracious lady your mom is in every sense of the word. I know it is heartbreaking for you to say goodbye to your dad and to watch your mom's decline. Bruce and I will pray for all of you.

Condolence: We're so very sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Hardison. Though we never met him, we were privileged to know and work with Dave. Through his stories about his father, we learned what an exceptional man he was. The world has lost a dedicated, principled messenger of the Gospel, but Dr. Hardison, having run a race that should inspire us, has indeed won his reward. God bless.

Condolence: How well I remember Bro. Dennis:
I was invited to Good News Baptist and several men prayed for me, visited and encouraged me for several months to attend the Church. I went during a revival conducted by Jack Green and was saved during the meeting and attended regularly and grew in Grace and knew and fellowship under his ministry. I am saddened by his death and was greatly Blessed under his ministry.
In fact a contributor to this condolence was the man that lead me to the Lord. Hubert Barber. I am eternally grateful for Bro. Hardison, Hubert Barber, my brother Thomas Martin, John Hand for their prayers and encouragement in the Lord.

Condolence: It is very hard to express in words what Dr. Hardison means to us. His preaching, encouragement and directions were never given without a strong stand on the Word of God. His ministry was of great influence on our two sons, Douglas and David, even though Douglas is rejoicing with Bro. Hardison in Heaven, David is still guided by the preaching of Dr. Hardison over these years. There never was a time that when we needed some guidance that we could call on Dr. Hardison, that he was willing to give it from God's Word.

Family, always know that even though there is a vacant spot, that our prayers and memory will be in support of your love one that we both loved and honored. Thanks for your care and prayers as we care and pray for you in the days ahead.

Condolence: To the Family of my "Spiritual Dad"
Words are hard to find that express these 43 years of being an "adopted son" in the Hardison Family. Dad, took me under his care as a young man starting in the ministry of the Gospel. His direction is the bases of my ministry of 47 years. There are many things that could be listed, but the greatest is the stand that he took, in his words "Are you still Standing where you Stood when you Started?" He never changed his stand on the Word of God, even though the world has changed their stand on God. His influence will carry on, as long as one stands on the Word of God. Dad thanks for your light that will shine for ever in the hearts of those that you guided to the Light of the world.

Family thank you for giving me the privilege of being "adopted in to your family", my prayers will be with you until the day we are all called together to rejoice in the presence of God
