L. Ware  Dougherty
Louis Ware Dougherty, 56, passed away with his family by his side January 25, 2016. Ware was born in Norfolk to the late John Ware Dougherty, Jr. and the Late Rose Marie Kolesaric Dougherty Edwards. He was Roman Catholic and a former Electrical Supervisor at Plasser American; as a young person he was involved with the Boy Scouts of America and the Great Bridge Fife and Drum Corps. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his grandson, Trey.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Virginia "Sam" Rodgers-Dougherty; daughters, Bobbie and Nikki Dougherty; step-son, Danny Brunner; brothers, Michael and John Dougherty and wife, Gretchen; grandson, Mason; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Friday, January 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake.
