Georgia White McLaughlin, 72, passed away November 20, 2015. Georgia was born to the late Glenwood and Marie Winborne White. She was a lifelong member of Great Bridge Baptist Church; Georgia for many years was a school bus driver for the Chesapeake Public Schools, then was a caregiver providing childcare to many area children at Miss Georgia's Daycare.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Donald B. McLaughlin, Sr.; son, Donald B. McLaughlin, Jr. and Walter D. McLaughlin and his wife, Stacy; grandchildren, Cara and her husband, Kory, Courtney and her husband, Adam, Dashe and his mother, Dale McLaughlin; sister, Carolyn Harrison and her husband, Buddy; brother, Glenwood White and his wife, Lisa; sister-in-laws, Emma Carpenter and Kathleen McLaughlin; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Monday, November 23, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.. A service to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to CHKD at chkd.org.
