Charles Noel "Chuck" Flippin
Charles "Chuck" Noel Flippin, 81, passed away August 9, 2015. Chuck was born in Stuart, VA to the late, Noel and Nina Arrington Flippin. He served his country in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Sue Flippin; daughter, Ninah Pearson and her husband, Jeff; brother, Marc Flippin; grandchildren, Abbi and her husband, C.T., Jeffrey and Amelia; and 2 great-grandchildren, Braelyn and Brantley.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Monday, August 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake with full military honors. He will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.
